Located in east-central Montgomery County in the northern part of Rockville adjacent to Rock Creek Regional Park, The Preserve at Rock Creek was named for the upper part of the Rock Creek watershed that feeds both Lake Needwood & Lake Frank. Rock Creek which is a free-flowing tributary of the Potomac eventually empties into the Chesapeake Bay via the Potomac River.
Our community is comprised of estate-style homes built by builders Stanley Martin and Winchester Homes utilizing green living design and practices.
Preserve at Rock Creek Community Association
You have the right to live in a great community and us the homeowners maintain the obligation to make it happen!
Our HOA’s mantra is to develop a sense of community through the promotion of common interest, preserving the esthetics of the neighborhood, enhancing the value of our property, and maintaining a high quality of life within the Montgomery County community.
- Good Neighbors – We are neighbors first, Association members second. There is no better substitute than to resolve issues as neighbors. Not all issues will have Association implication.
- Volunteerism – We highly value our volunteers who go beyond the normal commitments of being a member.
- Property Maintenance – Each home/ property owner will maintain their property and the Association common area in a manner that complements the subdivision and does not distract from the value of all other properties or common area.
- Common Good – We will evaluate all issues on their merit to the Association, and the Mission Statement and not with regard, to any particular interest group.
- Continually Improving – We will endeavor to evolve as an Association to the ever-changing times in the policies and decisions we make, always referring to the CC&Rs and Standing Rules for the spirit in maintaining our community.
