Association Fees for The Preserve at Rock Creek are still $92.00 and not the $96.56 as printed on the coupon books that have been arriving via United States Postal Service.
This error was due to our former management company providing the wrong data to our new management company during the transition.
Please when making payment, only submit the $92.00 amount. New coupon books will be delivered next week printed with the proper amount.
