The Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is currently conducting a Watershed Restoration Study of the Rock Creek watershed and its tributaries.
Below is a letter as sent from Montgomery County stating that field assessment teams as hired by DEP may be walking through your property to assess the condition of the stream and its tributaries.
