Final Surface Paving of the streets in the community for phases 1a, 1b & 3 will commence on Monday, October 17th, weather permitting.
Once paving starts, expect 5 business days till work is completed.
Paving will start with the cul-de-sac at the end of Toboggan Lane and progress from that point forward.
Homeowners need to have their vehicles off the street by 6:30am starting on Monday the 17th and for the next four consecutive business days once the street paving process has started.
Once the pavers have paved the street it will be safe to immediately drive upon thus homeowners will not be restricted to their house access but there may be slight delays entering and exiting the community based on your route and location of paving equipment.
